CUSTOMER IDENTIFIERS

Customer Identifiers can be chosen based on what is the most convenient for the customers – there can also be several identifiers for each customer for different situations and needs.

Branded NFC cards are convenient and versatile option for traditional customer environments where physical identifier media is used for identification, access and/or payments.

The Digital Identifier is the most flexible and ecological choice and be can be used and managed with any mobile phone.

For fast and convenient service and to increase social distancing, the system should be integrated with existing e-commerce service; purchased green-fees and other in-house services (ball dispensers, lockers, meals & drinks) can be activated for the customer and identifier for the redemption can be delivered immediately to the mobile phone – no more queuing required!
